Every pet is different, which is why our grooming services are tailored to your pet’s coat, condition, and comfort level. The packages below are a general guide, and final pricing may vary depending on your pet’s needs.
Appointments & Hours
We are open by appointment. Start times typically fall within the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Hours may vary based on scheduling. Please contact us to book your pet’s appointment.
Grooming Time
Most appointments take approximately 3–4 hours, depending on your pet’s size, coat condition, and behavior. Some grooms may take anywhere from 1.5–6 hours.
We will notify you by text when your pet is ready for pickup, unless another method has been arranged in advance and noted at drop-off. For your pet’s safety and comfort, please wait until we notify you before arriving. If a pet becomes excited or distracted by an early arrival, we may need to end the grooming session early.
During Your Pet’s Appointment
For your pet’s safety and to help them stay calm, we ask that owners do not remain in or around the grooming area during the appointment. This includes waiting outside windows or doors where pets can see you.
Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can keep the day running smoothly.
Pets may behave differently during grooming than they do at home. We prioritize safety and may adjust the groom if needed for your pet’s comfort.
Walk-In Services
Nail trims and small services are available during business hours, typically between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, as time allows. We recommend calling ahead for availability.
