Sam is a passionate pet groomer with a background in shelter care, veterinary medicine, and animal behavior. She brings a calm, thoughtful approach to grooming, always prioritizing trust, patience, and each pet’s individual needs.
Sam is well versed in many breeds of dogs and cats, with a special interest in puppy-style haircuts, de-shedding services, and working patiently with anxious pets. She especially enjoys building long-term relationships through repeat visits and helping pets grow more comfortable with grooming over time.
Making grooming a positive experience is at the heart of Sam’s work. Head massages in the bath? Yes. Behind-the-ear scratches? Absolutely. She even captures these moments with photos during and after grooming, celebrating each pet’s experience.
Outside of the grooming salon, Sam enjoys photography, art, the outdoors, and spending time with her family. She also has experience working with a variety of animals, including canines, felines, horses, and guinea pigs.

Jade grew up in the grooming industry, learning hands-on from his mom in a family-owned shop. With over five years of professional grooming experience, he brings a steady, thoughtful approach to every appointment.
As a full-time groomer, Jade specializes in cats, large dogs, and double-coated breeds, with a particular strength in thorough de-shedding services. He is especially skilled at working with pets who benefit from a smooth, efficient, in-and-out experience while still receiving attentive, gentle care.
Known for his friendly personality and excellent customer service, Jade is reliable, patient, and attentive with both pets and their people. He has a natural way of connecting with animals and often keeps pets engaged and comfortable by listening to music or singing to them during their appointments.
Outside of the grooming salon, Jade enjoys spending time with his dog, Artie, training new tricks, gaming, and relaxing at home.
•Antonia•
Antonia brings over 20 years of grooming experience and an extensive background working with a wide variety of breeds. Her knowledge, efficiency, and attention to detail make her a trusted groomer for both routine care and more involved grooming needs.
She is especially skilled with Huskies, doodles, and other coat-intensive breeds, and takes pride in providing thorough, well-executed grooms. Antonia is known for her straightforward approach and for educating pet parents on coat care, maintenance, and best practices at home to help pets look and feel their best between visits.
Detail-oriented and efficient, Antonia values doing the job right and making sure both pets and owners leave with confidence in their grooming plan. Her experience allows her to work thoughtfully and decisively, especially with breeds that require consistency and proper coat management.
Outside of the grooming salon, Antonia lives an active life with her husky and a variety of animals, including ducks, chickens, and rabbits. She also has a strong interest in police work and works part-time at Pampered Paws while also working at the airport.
